The first step of my coaching process is to build a connection with you based on trust and honesty. By creating a nurturing and judgment-free environment, I will encourage you to explore your strengths and recognize any blocks or limiting beliefs that might be preventing you from moving forward and taking action. I will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and set goals and create action plans that will help you feel a greater level of joy and life purpose.

Imagine you can train your brain to break the pattern of negative thinking? You have the power to un-train this behavior and shift those unhelpful thoughts to thoughts that are actually helpful to you!
Catch It, Check It, and Change It!
Catch the thought or recognize when you are having the negative thought
Check the thought and question whether this thought is fact or is there evidence to refute this thought
Change the thought and practice formulating a new thought that will serve you better
